If you use the psy wheel, you can do the following:
1) center the psy wheel as a compass in front of you.
2) choose an edge (I.e North) and focus your sight just slightly next to that spot (I.e North-North-East)
3) let your breathing and concentration calm you down; as you keep your sight on that spot try not to wink much.
4) as you start to gather yourself, your eyes will attempt to move from the spot; consciously make them remain at the spot.
5) your vision will start to blur, while you will be able to see colors and shapes that are being proyected through your eyes, this is the flow of your energy.
6) visualize the chosen edge crossing the spot you are still staring at. (use the colors to your advantage!)
