today after my third eye meditation my right hand felt electric, it turned red and got heated up. No idea why it happened. For a few seconds it was unbearable. Any idea?

don't scare, it's because energy are stuck in your palm, you must trainning until you feel the energy flowing out of your palm chakra.

I got the similarities on both hands but not as heavy as u said. just recently. maybe u need to do some yoga excersice before your mediation? or yigong excersice .
