Step one:Take a piece of tin foil almost like a psi wheel but smaller Step two: take it and drop it above you're head Step three : try and slow it down from falling

Thats a result of force pushing up and down at the same time. Thats quite an advanced Telekinesis move and if you want to practice doing just the force push upwards then you should considerthis telekinesis exercise:
