It's easy for me to move a aluminum foil psi wheel but i can barely even move a paper psi wheel , I don't want to move onto anything else before I can move the paper psi wheel

I found the foil psi wheel more difficult than the paper one. It sounds like more of a mental block than a psychical / psychical one. You need to believe in yourself more... we all believe you can do it!
Talk me through your process for doing it on the foil psi wheel (or upload a video) and I'll see what tips I can give you.
