Last night I was practicing Telekinesis with no hands, only looking at the object and I made it spin (I was never able to do this for a long time, the last time was a year ago)

Yes. And the first thought of everyone as well, Chronicle. That is true when you go into your 'max' state of concentration you will begin to feel pressure and some people have these nose bleeds. But it's ok, it shouldn't keep you from training . Mark has this chronicle kind of stuff too lol. When I got really drained(my first 1 and a half month) I had usually bizarre headaches.

Ah, yeah kind of figured it was some sort of side effect, now that I remember this is the 2nd time that happened, 1 time last year, and then just today. What's odd was I was sitting on the floor next to my dad and just randomly spacing out, looking at the ground and out of the corner of my eye the papers on the floor started moving and so was the floor (they moved in a wave-like fashion like the sea) but I knew it was all in my head, because my dad would've said something if it was. I then figured i'd practice tk without any hands and it was successful, afterwards I had a nose bleed.

It seems to be a common phenomenon, probably from straining the mind. That's why its so important to take breaks in your telekinesis training.

Luckily it hasn't happened to me for some time...

Can we talk about the serious side effects of Psi abilities? When I was in the hospital, I met many... aware older "guests". Does expanding your conscience mind cause your brain to succumb to degenerative diseases like Alzheimer and Parkinson later in life?

In my personal opinion, I don't think there are serious side effects of psi abilities because from medical perspective, it's just gamma waves in the brain which interact with stuffs other than the brain tissue. Although high levels of gamma waves are seen during seizures, I would like to interpret it as "one's gamma waves become uncontrollable during seizure" rather than "gamma waves causing the seizure" - as an evidence for this interpretation, we all use gamma waves for psi abilities without getting seizures.

As for "succumbing to degenerative diseases like Alzheimer's or Parkinson's", I think if anything, it would be the other way around because gamma waves apparently require more neuronal activities than any other waves (lower frequency = lower energy required). More neuronal activities = more stimulation to the whole brain = prevention of neuronal degeneration.

In general, I recommend everyone to consume coconut oil daily for full brain activity. Coconut oil was shown to CURE Alzheimer's and Parkinson's multiple times. Check out:

This is the first time this happen to me. Someone kept telling me to do tk on a psi-wheel over distance(on the internet) and I got a horrible headache and soon felt the pressure in my blood just a few seconds before it started bleeding. No surprise though, I just finished fencing! This is something some people can't understand and rage for. They want you to perform it at strange moments(not always). If you don't, this is an example:"Oh, ran out of tricks? Or did you loose your string/magnet?"
The nose bleeding feels embarrassing by the way. I had to told my brother that it just came due stress, lol. I suck at lying.
