Found this Video today it's pretty interesting.

This guy can basically knock down a bunch of boxes atop a shelf of some sort from 9 ft away, it's really amazing, if you haven't heard of John Chang or Jim MicMillan you're really missing out, I suggest you look them up online and learn more.

Jim was one of John's Western Students..however there's 4 others out there too.

I'm going to be looking up way more information these next few days about Mo Pai Nei Kung and Nei Kung alone, hopefully I can practice it soon.

I can't say i had heard of John Chang but I believe I've seen a few members mentioning him here and there.

That video rocks.

I WANT TO BE LIKE THAT so my family won't laugh at me when i practice push and pull >< if i can do pyrokinesis that that they would respect me lol

Even im stuck with push and pull...although pyrokinesis is more natural to me...takes lesser effort.
