trouble with push and pull Empty

Hi everyone. I have been training since 40 days now and i can move foil and paper psi wheels and straw. I can push foil by air bending from a distance by using my chi. But im unable to move objects with less or no hand movement. I can feel energy in my palm but nothing happens. Please help!

Focus, practice and let your subconscious mind learn to control energy flux. Eventually more energy less motion.

Personally, I would only meditate very briefly (3-5 breaths) if I feel that I need to focus harder. And when you breath out focusing on the region between your forehead and pineal gland, it does make your mind clear, absent of unnecessary thoughts. But I'm not patient or 'inefficient' enough to meditate for like 10 minutes or more - maybe I will try 1 minute meditation later.

Overall, I do find it helpful  Basketball

ThanksR94A21...i meditate for 10-15 mins but not daily...Im trying to though.
