Personally, I would only meditate very briefly (3-5 breaths) if I feel that I need to focus harder. And when you breath out focusing on the region between your forehead and pineal gland, it does make your mind clear, absent of unnecessary thoughts. But I'm not patient or 'inefficient' enough to meditate for like 10 minutes or more - maybe I will try 1 minute meditation later.
Overall, I do find it helpful
