I just wanted to ask if manipulation of elements can be achieved. If so, how? Where does one begin? For example, water. How does one begin with Hydrokinesis?

Begin with placing a cork in a bowl full of glass.
You can train hydrokinesis and telekinesis with this. The diffirence is that when training telekinesis with it you focus on the cork to move but with hydrokinesis you focus on the water's energy to move the direction you want and it will eventually move the cork.

There is a way to manipulate the elements. The basic 4 ones I'm sure your familiar with is: Hydrokinesis(water), pyrokinesis(fire), aerokinesis(air), geokinesis(earth. But we don't talk or train geokinesis much). There are more such as magnokinesis(magnetic fields), electrokinesis(electricity) and so much more.

You can train QiGong as well. It will aid your telekinesis as well for your atmoskinesis(all four elements) and the rest of energy manipulation and psychokinetic abilities.

its easy but difficult. pyro is hard to manipulate aaero is even harder because your effecting matter on a quantum level i believe i have alittle control over aero . geo i dont know much about it so hydro can be manipulated with the use of telekinesis wave models or aero. it all beings with meditation and visualization freind

Most of these kinesis are alike telekinesis. That's why I mostly say just psychokinesis. Do you find aero hard? I find aero actually the easiest my friend. Even easier then telekinesis. A lot of people had more progress with aero including me. That's why I don't make much videos on it because I find it extremly easy. But pyrokinesis is the challenging one for me :d. And magnetokinesis and telekinesis is my favorites.
