The human body is a vehicle, a vessel if you will, the vessel must be maintained to serve the spirit with the max efficiency. If the vessel is damaged, it can be replaced as the soul can have many vessels. This process is both natural and technological. Technology is a natural process of human life, technology is a process biology uses to perfect itself. Reincarnation itself is a natural process that will continue voluntarily by the soul as the biology of life continues to perfect itself.

You gotta learn astral projection first before you can reincarnate yourself though, the only ethical problem I find here is which unborn baby do you go and permanently possess, the issue of stealing someone else's life really bugs me even today.

The spirit of the individual remains long afterwards, even in the cases of abortion. The mind continues to exist as a form of energy long after death and will remain as such until the soul chooses to inhabit another body. One can bounce from one place another another, go anywhere in the omniverse at the mere thought of it, including even getting reborn as another life form if they so chose to.

Yes indeed drink the poisoned one's so that reality will be cleansed. Poison can be graceful, such as potion ca be deadly. Uncertainty about goodness and wrongness may confuse you, however, goodness and wrongness, are but polarized views, they are not without the other. You can choose to compound reality beyond its polarities and then you might notice the wisdom behind our experiences as humans. Human race is a pretty nice one, since we are living the singularity of reality on the asymptotes, that is on the horizon, we are actually given the opportunity to understand the compoundedness of reality, which cannot be achieved by most races due to their polarized tendency.
