I'm experimenting with TK a lot more often these days then ESP. Have you noticed Mark doesn't talk in any of his videos? Well, like he explained himself: When doing telekinesis he's in a trance. That state of focus is really important. It's an hypnotic state; while being in this state an electromagnetic pressure will rise from the skin. In my personal opinion it's like between Beta and Alpha. Also there are huge activities in the gland. Which explains the pressure and headaches you guys get. So in my opinion, that pressure I feel when focusing or meditating is actually the location of my third eye.

The trance state i would actually relate to Theta, or that's what i thought it was related to, until i saw Stan Lee's Superhumans episode involving The Kinetic man, where a neuropsychologist could measure changes in the Delta pattern matching perfectly with the Tk performance.

Hmm interesting. And I thought it was a link between Beta and Alpha or Alpha and Theta.

Franz Mesmer also gave this state a name. He called it the Magnetic Sleep.

Thanks to this confusion i serached for the test results and this is what i found:
Quote :
Bill and I were surprised to see an indication that when the pen moved there was a massive shift in the gamma region of the EEG–only on the left side. Later, we analyzed the data more carefully and noted that at the same time there was even more elevation in the theta region of the EEG.
so apparently there is an importance in Theta and Gamma specially when accounting the Left frontal hemisphere during the telekinetic performance

As you can see yourself, meditation will increase your chi. Also, I did not need much work on hypnotic states because I was already really relaxed after the exercises.
