I like honest people! \('w')/Don't doubt anything you experience in dream. It's not too good to be true - it's just awful that we can't do what we are supposed to be able to do. In fact, EVERYONE should be able to access unlimited energy and use it freely for whatever they want as long as not harming others.
In my case, it was quite the opposite. I rarely remember my dreams clearly and never believed in anything paranormal until I actually did telekinesis myself. Once I accepted the existence of spirits, I started remembering more and more
emotions from my dream, leaving me to guess what really happened (e.g. If I remember "seriousness" then I assume I had some long discussion with my spirit buddy). But I expect to fully connect my mind and spirit soon so I can have a full control of my actions as a spirit in my dream.
As for your comment on third eye and mind, yes absolutely, body should never be ignored. As human beings, integrating trinity is what we should aim for.
