| To Mark,
I've been watching you and trying to use your tactics. And I have a question. I can move the psi wheel with a small motion of my hand. Some small amount of wind or air can be felt but I feel its more than just that. Am I right? |

| Also! I can make it move with just a small twitch of my hand and after I do that I can tryand focus and I can make it move a qquarter turn clockwise and then make it go about an eighth of a turn counter clockwise. Is this improvement? |

| Well I had become distracted from my practices with videogames recently. But I killed that shit. And now I'm practicing more and more. Yet the psi wheel is the easiest thing for me to influence. |

| I have but I am more proficient with the psi wheel. I use motions with my hand and imagine that the energy I send to my target is being controlled by my thoughts in conjunction with my hand motions. And I can pretty much get it to go wherever |

| Basically pulling is almost the same as pushing. Pushing is sending streams of energy while pulling is attracting energy from the opposite side. Try seeing your hands as a magnet. |

If you have a pond near you or a bath tub or a mini pool or just get a pale and fill it with water then put a leaf, paper boat or anything that floats and try pushing and pulling it.  |
