It makes me sad--these people who just "can't believe" this is possible, when it seems to me that we indeed all should be able to do these things.  ...A skill that just takes practice, like any other.  

Interesting--the EEG readings on Guy by the researcher found a spike into the Gamma wave range, twice as high as someone in the midst of a seizure, at the point when he made the pen fall into the cup.

Here is an episode of Ellen that I recall, with a guy doing some typical telekinesis tricks.  I just found it on youtube. ..Gerard Senehi.  I think you do find examples on prime time TV, here and there.  What about Criss Angel, fer crissake?  He's so off-the-charts, I think people can't believe it's not all smoke and mirrors.

I do believe in teeks, but I learned to look more first. I don't think both magicians Dynamo and Criss Angel uses telekinesis. "But it's so real!!" Yes, I know. But they're using tricks, know that. Criss Angel inspired me to become a magician. I now use magic tricks to people in my social life and secretly psychic abilities. Only my best friends knows I'm psychic.

I love the show too. In my opinion, most of "extraordinary" abilities presented in the show are probably based on spiritual strength. Guy Bavli can hammer a nail with his bare hand, which is similar in concept to the ability to endure extreme physical conditions like boiling water, chainsaw, car weight, etc. as presented in other episodes of the show.
