Hey guys,

I'm a new-comer, nice to meeting all of you in here. I've been meditating for 2 years now and decided to get started with telekinesis. But I have (as many of you had or still do) many doubts regarding the techniques and the concentration methods. Mostly when I'm meditating (which I do for 40 minutes 3 x a week), I can hear noises, feel the energy in my body so strong that it vibrates all over, and the lamp even blinks sometimes. However, during my telekinesis practice, I always finish it with strong headaches and pain behind my eyes or near my ears. Also, my vision gets blurred and I feel sort of a weakness which lasts for some hours.. is that a common symptom or side effect? Am I activating something in a wrong way?

Also, I always experience the strong feeling that the aluminum ball (which I'm using to train it) is really starting to move, but then, afterwards, when I measure the space, it actually didn't. I already saw some of your videos but can't clearly get the hang of it. All of your abilities are a sincere inspiration for me to get to find my way, but it's hard. If anyone still has patience to help a beginner out with tips (remembering that I'm a beginner with good concentration, cause of the meditation), I'd be glad to listen to your words and apply it to my training.

Welcome Kayou. The side effects you are reporting are very common with beginners. You say about headaches and behind your eyes: this is the third eye chakra... Have you opened that? These effects will reduce with exercise and training. I'm happy to hear that our work is inspiring you and I hope you keep up the good work.

Have you had any other psychic experience? With clairvoyance or precognition?

thanks. Okay, if it's common then I might be in the right track. When I'm meditating I feel the center of my forehead quite strongly, the vibration in it.

Answering your questions.. yeah, I did, with clairvoyance. Precognition not that I remember. I think I haven't (yet). Since I was really small, I hear things and feel strong presences that are not there. Well, my family has a spiritual center and I've already seen some things there, like people practicing their precognition, past lives regression and some rituals.. but I didn't attend it and now I don't live near them. With me, it happens mostly when I'm in the meditation trance. I can visualize some things, colors in the air and smokes (as if my eyes got water) and it remains for a while.

But, I never paid much attention to it, as I've been doing meditation for relaxing. Actually had been, now that I know that it helps with telekinesis, it's a reason why to keep up.
