hello guys, before we start the thread i want introduce myself.. Okay, my name Jeremy christopher. I from indonesia, i'm newbie here.

Okay in the case why i can't do telekinesis, is something wrong.. I do what in internet say, but it seems nothing.. Can you guys help me out ??

Start with a psi wheel. google Brocas area. Meditate on that area. Google your hypothalamus gland. Flex that muscle while you intend for the psi wheel to move.
