| Unfortunately, none of the relatives are psychic. I guess I'm the only one. |

| Not quite sure, if there is my parents are not telling me. They are extreme christians they even think that meditation is bad. Luckily my girlfriend have witches in her family, her parents understand and support these things. |

| I'm the first person in my family I know of that is psychic. My mom and dad don't really believe in psychics and they think it's fake. I hate hiding this from my family, so what can I do? |

| Keep going. There's no reason they need to know. If you really can't hide secrets tell a close friend of yours who you trust and know that he/she is going to be ok with it. Never force it on other people if they don't like or people who think it's absolute bull. If your brother or sister shares a common interest you could tell them slowly. But again, never force it on others. I thought I was the only one with this in my family but later found out my grandfather was alike me during his age of 20. So it's best to keep an open ear and try asking for their opinion on certain things which sound paranormal. Not just spirits but try even talking to them about meditation and people being able to know what others are thinking. Don't go straight to telekinesis because even most paranormal researches won't believe it straight away. But anyways, see who has the most chance of believing and try sensing who FEELS suspicious when they answered. Hope I helped. |

| So Nazir98, what you're saying is that I shouldn't try to hide it if I can't hide things well. I just figured out that my older brother is sort-of psychic (though he doesn't believe in psychic abilities, or give a crap about his pineal gland, yet he can predict the future with his lucid dreams). And I shouldn't go straight to telekinesis and that I should start practicing with something like clairvoyance or telepathy first, right? Oh, and how do I change my profile picture on this website? |

| I'm the first psychic in my family but I think my mom is psychic too but not that obvious. So I told my mom and she say " OMG that's great! When you angry you can just yell to them then things will broken and fall that can scared them to death!" And my dad say " …… that's just your imagination go back to reality " And my aunt says " that's demon things don't touch it!" And I show her then she scream " OMG! Is so scary I don't want to see that! Make it stop ! Jesus Christ! " Why Christian thinks that is demon things or something wicked? Why they won't think that is holy thing god can do that too isn't it? |

| our generation is sort of the age of awakening where as most older people and beyond ( our parents/ grandparents) grew up believing anything that done by christ or anybody in the bible ( the prophets) is only able to be done by them through holy powers and divine intervention, beyond our grandparents generation was the witch trials of europe and the new america and that belief just stayed because before all the witch trials people done psychic things before people like that where executed then they got scared and stopped it all together so thats why older people believe it to be devil or unholy |

| Nazir is right. Talk about 'general' (or generally accepted) things like meditation with people, then you will eventually find few but close friends who understand you. I myself simply asked someone I worked with if he meditated and he said he meditated for 15 years, then we talked about Chi and well everything important, now he is like my uncle. It was a pure coincidence how I met him but without asking a simple question like do you meditate? I wouldn't have found him. |

| My spiritual father is God. Oh wait, so are yours. What I want to say is that we are all psychics. It is really a matter of choice. The choice between staying as a completely physical animal and becoming like our father, becoming a god-like being, the true form of human. But I know what you are saying, genetically inherited talent. Pretty ordinary family except, my mother cannot sleep with a light on (to do with her sensitivity to melatonin, she does believe in God and spirits, but she changes her mind quite frequently), and my father is the man from whom I inherited every single good thing; that implies he is fucking awesome if you consider the 'good' things only. Having said that, I suppose I inherited 'friendlyness' from my mother.
Depiction of friendlyness:

~('w')~ said like a true BRIT, ahem kangaroo Beater XD kidding true though but i believe the messages christ sent to us was these things are possible take for instance when he walked on water and then calmed a storm he basically said " come on you can do anything if you believe you can do it" which basically explains everything about mind over matter in one simple statement |

| Actually, never mind my previous posts. My mom just mentioned that my Aunt Karen has an Ouija Board. She could be psychic: I suppose I'll ask her. |

| My dad's side of the family has allot of people who are psychic. That's why I have a natural ability to see energy, auras, beings not of this dimension, and sense what other people are feeling. Sometimes if I focus long enough, I can read minds. Also, I have allot of Indian, and native American blood, even though I'm pale as paper. I heard Indians and or native Americans believe in prawn which is pretty much chi or qi or whatever you wish to call it it's all the same. |

| About four of my aunts from my mom's side were psychics or had psychic abilities. So I guess that is where I get most of my power from. My mom has always been supportive of my abilities (thankfully) I feel bad for those of you that don't have support... Let me tell you though, I SUPPORT YOU! |

| My father's personally been supportive of me. He allegedly (and by that I mean according to him and my mother) would do various things involving crystals and flattened pyramids and such while my brothers and I were all in the womb and throughout our childhood. He's astonished with what I'm capable of doing naturally, which involves seeing spirits, auras and a couple other things that I'll never reveal.
On a note, you don't want to see spirits, if that's even what I'm seeing and not some sort of psychological disorder that's causing me to have hallucinations. Some of the entities are extremely horrific. There's these things that I've found in heavily wooded areas that climb onto tree's and reside within them, really hard to describe them TBH.
Other oddities I've seen are people with the head of a dog. |

The dog headed person I saw was located in Phoenix, Arizona at the corner of 19th Ave and Indian School Rd. It was just standing on the sidewalk. People walked right by it as if they didn't even notice it, and the creepy part was is that the thing was staring straight at me, maw open and tongue hanging out panting in the heat of the desert. Definitely wasn't a mask. |

| I've heard both my father and mother side have abilities. Father when he was younger had a maid that was a witch and good friend of his mother. My famlly both sides are catholic so really not a good topic to bring up. My mother side got very supportive after paranormal and I have said things that have come true. That my nick name is White witch but I don't practice my abilities nor do spells. One time i did one with my friend and it worked too quickly and it happen to my friend. I asked a spirit to connect with us. No ouiji board. I was just holding her hand close my eyes and it talked through my friend. I let go of her hand and it stopped. She didn't know what happen.
My aunt in my mother side had a excorism when she was very very young.its mostly from the woman side of my family but I have no doubts maybe there is some males but they just don't talk about their experiences. |

| We typically don't I presume. Honestly if you were to meet me in person and start talking about anything paranormal I'll actually start talking crap about you to you and completely discount everything. I try to keep my real name out of the public sphere when it comes to anything paranormal. I go by Dr. Glenn McMann, and whereas I am a scientist, Glenn McMann isn't my real name, it's a pseudonym I use online as a name replacement. |
