Hello, everybody!   

Here's a TK noob who, as you may guess, have problems and cannot do telekinesis at all. I won't make the story any longer and I'll just resume it this way to not bore anybody, specially because I bet everybody has heard the same problem many times and I might annoy with my fears and preocuppation. And indeed, before joining this site, I preferred to hide in the shadows to not bother with silly questions and I just navigated to see if I could find the answers by myself. But, some weeks later, after no great changes, I told myself that perhaps it was time to cut with the cowardice and make a direct question in sight that there was a great chance--a huge chance, I am afraid--that I am doing something wrong.

I try not to think I am the one who got a problem (from what I learned from my skulking in the shadows is that I musnt'n let negative thoughts take over me), and although, admitedly, I am afraid that I let my disappointment and, even, sadness of the failure take the best of me, I practice TK with a certain level of optimism and hope, even in a good mood most of the time. So that's why I got curious if what I was doing was the block of my path.

I was wondering if you guys could share a more of a "step-by-step" explanation of how you do TK. I would like to see if there are similar to what I've been doing these weeks. Here's what I do:

1.- Meditation to open some chakras (except Heart one; in these days, my heart has felt quite cold and, when I open it, the energy is so huge I can't even concentrate on the other chakras; even as I write this, I still feel my heart burning a bit and swallowing my attention).
2.- Energy loop (Root-Sacral-Third Eye and viceversa); I try to do 3 times at least, as I lose contact with the energy after my body falls asleep ;P
3.- Prepare the table to start with the TK practice (if I am mentioning this apparently mundane part is because I want to know if losing around 5 minutes of concentration is a potential factor of my failure).
4.- Listen to binaural beats while I practice with my hands (I imagine my hands glowing and a vortex of energy spinning around the psiwheel; I feel my palms burning, but I don't feel the energy coming out; or well, I am not sure when it comes out).
5.- Nothing happens *Rimshot*

I know, I know... This is a weird post. I won't blame you if you lol at such methodism ;P But this is, so far, the clearest way I can expose the stuff, as I find no other way to say it. I was hoping somebody could be of help. Is any of these points a big no-no, or am I missing something? I've tried to do all the tips that Mr. Mark has said, but I am pretty sure I am screwing up somewhere and which is ruining my practices. Thanks in advance for any help!
