| Hey, Most of you probably know this, but I just found out that: While meditating and channeling, sitting in the lotus position will help you. I think it makes the energy circulation easier, but it could be a personal preference  New Psychic |

| You can use lotus position for any kind of meditation. It helps me, it might not help you. Actually, it probably won't help you if you're so closed-minded about it. |

we are all different, there is no right way or wrong way. meditation is a personal spiritual journey, if foryou standing on one leg works then do that. |
