can someone tell me all the steps it takes to develop telekinesis. I've tried the third eye meditation for a while and it only helped a little can someone tell me how to meditate and for how long and how to build up energy and release it at a object. and especially how to grab a object and move it. because when I try its just air from my hands moving it  

well it takes time freind mountians werent built in a day and telekinesis wont happen in a day, meditate on the 3rd eye exercise for a few weeks you will known when it is open just take good deep breaths and imagine green mist flowing through your body feel it move it through out your body, you may feel tingly cold or hot if you dont feel anything just keep on doing what your doing and you will achieve it
btw the air will only move it so far
