Hello! I plan to start a new lifestyle, and you should join me!
To join, simply live by what's written below! The outcome is a long life. Like an extremely long life... Legend says that people can live over 1000 years of age. So possibly you can live that long! I don't know everything that's healthy for you, so some suggestions in posts to add to the list would be helpful! Remember that this list is my opinion, so you may disagree with what it states. Here it is!
(These steps aren't listed in importance)
1. Exercise your body, and brain.
2. Don't get stressed, or upset.
3. Don't ever get depressed.
4. Follow you intuition. When something seems risky, avoid it.
5. Don't over eat.
6. Breath with your nose, rather than your mouth.
7. Develop a liking for healthy foods, primarily vegetables.
8. Do not use drugs. There are some exceptions to this rule. Do not use Pot, Methamphetamine, Cocaine, and things like them. Do not use Pills, Pain killers, and most prescribed drugs. Only use them if they are absolutely necessary for survival. Also, vitamin pills usually don't help the user at all. If anything they cause too much of one vitamin to be in the body, leading to health issues.
9. Keep alcohol to a minimum. Don't drink under the legal age of 21, but to be safe don't drink until the age of 25.
10. Do not add sugar to food, or artificial sweeteners. The sugars in fruits are enough.
11. Only consume small amounts of acids, and only acid from fruits.
12. Do not stop physical, and mental activity even when you are retired.
13. Heal yourself with energy manipulation. If you can't do that yet, learn to. It might only take a few years.
14. Stay positive. Treat people with love, and love shall come back to you. (Karma)
15. Keep everything clean, and neat. Don't pollute. Plant gardens.
16. Find a partner. A wife/husband. Someone to love.
17. Don't ever think of yourself as old.
18. Eat only the darkest of vegetables, and some fruits. They are the purest of food. They contain energy straight from the sun. Eat more vegetables than fruit.
19. Do not eat meat. You can get protein from certain plants. Meat is very much bad for you in the long run.
20. When of age, drink half a cup of red wine every day. It helps you stay healthy, and prevents cancer. Like I said above, keep it too a minimum.
21. To prevent cancer eat; Soy, Tomatoes, Broccoli, Green Tea, Folate, Dark Green Vegetables, Ginger, Turmeric, Beans, Lentils, Cocoa, and Berries. Also Vitamin D somewhat prevents cancer.
22. Do not smoke. If you do smoke, quit now. It's not too late. Your lungs will heal themselves, and you could also heal them once you master healing.
23. Do not live in cities. The pollution, and lack of privacy is enough to cause anyone to go mad.
24. Do not burn in the sun. Get enough sunlight, but if you burn easily do what you can to stop a sunburn.
25. Stay hydrated.
26. Avoid potentially hazardous environments, where an accident might occur, resulting in the loss of your life.
27. Keep salt to a minimum. It is necessary to survive, but too much can result in high blood pressure.
28. Avoid contact with infected individuals.
29. Live in a lowly populated area, with trusting neighbors.

If you can find a way to bypass every way of dying, there will be no way for you to die!
Remember that there is no such thing as dying of old age!
