The thing is he's been practicing for years. That's why he makes it look so easy. And it depends on your mindset as well.

OK but lesson 1 " move paper with energy"easy " lesson 2 move paper with out moving your hand" HARD, OK let ask you this when you firsted did you ever completed lesson 2 in the beginning of practicing tk?I don't think so, so why does he expect everyone else to? Ok, not in the beginning? Then why put up video showing people lesson2? so people are not going to be able to do lesson2 in the beginning. why put up a video then.people are excepting to be able to do this like in 3days or couple of weeks.

when you did lesson one how did you feel? what sensations do you experience in your body? in your arm? what are you thinking about during the exercise?

some people are able to do it after a few weeks of doing the exercise in lesson 1. the biggest problem is people saying "thats just the wind" and actually ignoring lesson 1 and not learning the point behind the training.

hi mark, im new here. im really interested in learning this. i have been encountering alot of psychic phenomenon throughout my life and im 24 now. it has started when i was 9 where i could hear thoughts, then developed to premonition dreams. and this dreams one by one realised sometimes 3 yrs ahead of time. i have also encountered telekinesis even without knowing regarding energy manipulation. i can assure you i felt some sort of a string attached to this object(plastic cup) to my palm. i have been wondering why is this happening until i saw your video in youtube, it looks very similar but i never could recreate all this at will. how is that even possible. now im trying to follow through your lessons.. although it feels that i put alot of strain to my brain.. but none works yet. it seems effortless doing it by accidents..
