I have been thinking about how I can improve my TK, and have come up with this:
Step 1: Practice regular psi-wheel/directional training every day.
Step 2: After some practice, move heavier pieces of paper and later metals or wood.
Step 3: After spinning heavy objects, try to use the force push on lighter objects.
Step 4: Repeat step 3 with heavier objects.
Step 5: Mission accomplished
Step 6: Move cars.
Step 7: Have a break, have a kit-kat.
Step 8: Move on to other abilities.
Step 9: Master energy manipulation/control.
Step 10: Teach other people how to do what I do.
Step 11: Think of a step 12.
