Psychokinesis? You should start with the psi-wheel, statis field or the push and pull. I recommend to start with this.
Levitating objects, it's the best to start with the lightest thing you can find. If you can even lighter then paper! I have a few techniques of self-levitation on the 'Transvection and levitation' thread. Creating illusion. That can be done 2 different ways, either telepathically or by bilocation(which is some sort of astral projection).
