Guys I really need help. I have been doing Electrokinesis for 8 months now. I can do a lot of things but one of them is light pulsing. If any of you have a technique or tips on how to do it please help me!

I'm still a beginner with EK, I can barely feel electricity. If anything I should be asking you for techniques.

Though based on what i've read about EK most techniques have the same "language". Something along the lines of feeling electricity internally, then externally, then "moving it towards a lightbulb or holding a lightbulb and moving it to your fingers.

I believe that EK is analogue to TK, in that the projected idea is enacted in a psedo-psychosomatic manner. That is, you focus on your sensations in relationship with your thought process. That sensation may seem to be something between a physical and an emotional pulsation. I experience the pulsation in the brain center and forehead, the intensity managed by emotional output. I project tension in these zones in a rhythmical manner as i envision the light-bulb turning on and off. Another technique you can integrate is focusing on the luminosity of a room. Although some people may want to name this photokinesis instead of electrokinesis, the goal being practically the same. I center the attention on my eyes' perception of light, ie. a widening and opening sensation correspondent to more light (turning bulb on).

I seem to be stuck. I use visualization to create sparks around my fingers, sometimes it translates to physical "tingling". Been working on try to make it more consistent so I can move on.

Here's a tip
Don't just visualize it. Feel it. Hear it.
You can also do it before going to bed at night
