| So if i am complety new to telekinesis and i don't want to do the exercise with psi wheel, how could i evole on other way? |

| i should simple visualize energy like some things like pixels coming to my hand from rest of my body then going out of my hand to the object i want to push? |

| that would work. the visualization is a personal thing, picture it in a way that makes sense to you. |

| so realasing the energy is visualizing all the energy from my hand coming out and hitting the target? and if yes, hitting fast or slow? and it should be a blast or pushing it constantly like a line |

| I recommend starting with the psi-wheel! It's a lot easier than the push/pull. |

| How long will it take to do the force push if i do not do the exercise psi wheel and only try to do the force push on the foil? |

| Depends on how experienced you are with energy and how much you practice. Always keep an open mind and don't think it's the wind all the time. It took me about 1 week to be able to do the force push, but I did the psi-wheel before that, and a lot of meditation, I recon it would take you 2-4 weeks, if not more. |
