After you guys get the hand of it, try what you always wanted to do. The FORCE push. The first method is the wind combined with your energy(that's why it moves further and not just fall). I've been experimenting with this for days and got control of it yesterday. Try visualizing the same method and get the same feeling you got when doing the first technique.

Well, to be honest, I do move my hand slightly, but that can't cause any wind, because I slowly open my hand and it's from a metre or 2 distance.
