| Hello, I just stop and take a break and relax. I usually do some writing and walking to get rid of headaches. I might step outside and walk around depending on the weather as nature soothes me a lot. |

| Hi vega, thanks for the headups oh well walking, writing, sleeping doesn't helps me on headaches, the headaches is similar like "kundalini syndrome".I prefer grounding with bare foot, breathe in ,imagine the the pressure(headache) from the crown ,breath out goes down to the ball of the foot, this works for me

| You shouldn't practice for that long if you get side-effects. Always attempt to do it only so far, securing that you are feeling alright. It serves you not if you exhaust yourself. Your life-force is used for everyday things as well, so don't over exploit yourself, remember the energy systems are tightly in harmony one with another and the lack of balance of one part of it affects the rest of its functioning. |
