| I am NEVER ever training chi blasts for over 2 hours. Ever. Now I have crazy muscle soreness because of the amount of times I flung my arm at the target. Like, it hurts even more than when I work out. |

| Lol same over here but don't worry, soon you should get used to it. Just don't make large hands movements and contract your muscles too much, too frequently... If you go topless and force push vigorously in front of a mirror you'll notice how many muscles are actually involved, and damn, it's one hell of a fitness exercise x). |

| I think we've all been there before. Start moving your arm more gently. Right now, I'm pretty sore too, but that's nothing to worry about. All I'm worried about is this rain that won't stop where I live. But anyways before I get carried away, you will get used to this crazy exercise that is addicting when you can knock things over. A little tip: Start training with your non-dominant arm to get it stronger as well if you aren't doing it. If you are, you will notice how easy it is to roll objects.
