this time i am only using one hand to make the flame go out. goodness gracious, thanks mark . that energy looping technique rapidly affected the out come of my abilities. something that helps is after i loop i use both hands and raise up from my root too my shoulders and then i release. its kind of like a power booster

all i can do is try lol im letting my mind and body rest for the weekend. for 4 days all i done was pyro training
