I don't know if I'm doing this right, but the way I try to use telekinesis is just imagining clear energy coming out of my hands and to the object. I've noticed that it moves just a little bit... But what I wanted to know is, when I use the energy, it tingles and burns in my palm, and my hand and arm feels like it's being really strained ior something and my whole body just starts to shake and I feel like somethings stressing my body and my whole body tightens and twitches...is this...normal if you're beginning?
