I really need help

Guys, I'm really having trouble with the force push, I've mastered lesson 1, I'll link a vid down below. But PLEASE tell me what EXACTLY you visualize while doing lesson 2 (force push). And please don't link me to a video, and can you please also tell me what other things you visualize other than the piece of paper moving?

well you could visualize a hand coming and moving the object for you or invisible strings attached to your fingers manipulating it when you move them, or a long string of atoms lining up @ the object moving it as you tell it too get creative with it Smile

If a paper is a bit heavy try a tin foil, i think it's easier... They are many ways to do it, depends by your personality : exaclty what nowforever13 said but i would add: you can imagine that you and the object (paper or foil) are opposite energy so it would go away from you same thing with pull but imagine the same energy insteed of oppsite... One more thing, does the third eye HAVE to be opened? I know it's recommended and all but is it THAT necessary?

Not really. But it's the best thing to do because you'll be more aware of these abilities. If you want just telekinesis it's not exactly needed, but you would want to fill your chakras with more energy right? And give yourself more energy. But if you want to do the other abilities we do here then yes it HAS to be opened. It's not creepy or anything so I sugest you do it.

I dunno, going "oouhm" for 15 minutes will open the third eye? (or well at least, most likely open the third eye).
Is there ANY other way to open it? I want to do stuff like mind reading and clairvoyance and that kind of stuff...
I also wanna increase my TK abilities. I will open the cyclops

soon, but I just have to know if there's any other way, that's all.

Meditation or following your instincts. Those are the only 2 ways I know besides of using drugs. There are other meditation techniques too that you don't need the "oohhm" mantra.

Sorry I'll stop posting so much but, I just found an epic way to do it! I basically imagine filling up my arm with energy from my third eye area (even though I haven't opened it) and when I feel I have enough I release it, I then imagine the energy in my arm draining every few seconds, then the foil falls over
