Have you ever wondered how to dream? Have you ever wished that you had the ability to control or manipulate your dreams? We found that Lucid dreaming is ideal an ideal place to train your psychic powers because the laws of time and space do not apply.
However, Lucid dreaming is not just for those with psychic abilities. This is something that everyone can do, and something I highly recommend, it is also one of the experiences in life, and you can change much fun and enjoyable for you.
In my view, the most important of Lucid dreaming, but the thing is that you should be able to distinguish between the dreamer to be awake and being in the form of a dream.

Sometimes I would dream, it's happening more recently. I would think to myself or out of nowhere I would hear, but not hear, something like "wake up", then I would think to myself most of them "I wanna see where this is going" and forget it was ever a dream.

We always dream, we just don't always remember them. I think its to do with the REM sleep completing its cycle.

U could possibly videotape it while you're lucid dreaming & watch it tomorrow for any progress. U can also write it down for which case u'r getting better & better & what were u dreaming of, unless u 4got.

It sometimes happens to me that I become aware of dreaming, but somehow I still can't control the space. Though I try to affect the dream with my mind when being aware of it being one, nothing happens. Also, there is a certain cooldown of when I become aware of dreaming, which signals the end of the dream and me waking up. When I recognize that I'm dreaming, I, from there on, am not "allowed" to strongly close my eyes (even blinking is dangerous), as then, I'll be brought back to reality and will weak up. When I close my eyes in the dream, it feels like my body returns to my bed in reality, where I open them again. Either way I can't stay in the dream for long once I realized it is one. And as I said, I can't control it either.

You make a great point buddy. If you wake up from a dream you you can often go straight back into the same dream. If your thinking "i can control this" at that time as your dropping back off then you may start a lucid dream.

I'm gonna try lucid dreaming this week. It's been long time since I last tried it. Just found this, gotta find out how it works:

its my first time to try your technique Sir Mark, hope its more easier for me, in a normal dream it would just happen so fast, i only have lucid dreams while in nightmare, i can control almost everything also talk to people in my dreams ask questions and guides, it feels strange coz im just like talking to my sub-conscious self. One thing i noticed when i was in this state, i cannot control my nightmare if im not relaxed, its just like that's the way the story goes.
Thanks for the tip.Hopefully i can do it every time i go to sleep. I think nightmares are higher form of lucid dreams...
