Hi again everyone,i started 1 week ago to practise something diffrent like a pen roll but with no results at all(not even a bit shacking...). Is any anyone here, who can advice me what to do?

Try having it so that the pen is an extension of yourself. You know the feeling you have when you're rolling down a hill and making it so you roll faster on purpose? Do similar with that, as the pen being an extension of yourself, you should be able to roll the pen by the notion of rolling yourself. Might also want to use aluminum foil and shape it around a coke can and use that instead of a pen starting out though.
