| I just had the best breakthrough... after my energy blast can training, I tried it on a pencil and with 1 shot I got it across the entire table! But I can't do it again  I think I'm out of energy... |

| Imagine and feel a stream of energy or ki ball in your hand (just like DBZ characters do), next load it and when you feel it's powered enough, aim then simply shoot down your target. Always close every windows and doors. You can practice tk whenever you want as long as you don't feel headaches or exhausted. |
