Hi my question is? we can use the power of suggestion or hypnosis techniques for mental skills or improve more?
I mention this and wonder I saw a video of an interview that some of the evidence did the CIA and other government maybe they placed their equipment on the arm or head to a soldier and you to believe that this increased or gave mental powers and supposedly according to what I saw in the interview they obtained power by single suggestion. Although they were saying after the devices were installed in the head or arm had nothing special.
