| it is quite simple, if you have the mind set to do it that is, all you need is.... 1 left hand index finger, and 1 right hand index finger, and then you visualize tiny microscopic lightening bolts striking your finger charging it up, sometimes you can actually hear sparks or even see sparks transfer from your fingers  ive seen tiny lightening bolts go across my fingers at times... it also helps if you make a "zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz" noise as if charging up a huge electric current |
