i draw all of the negative energy in an area and then I just form it into a giant negative energy ball of course I have thrown that negative energy at people I really don't like a few times lol

So how different does negative energy feel from positive energy? Like how will I know I'm feeling negative energy from positive energy? Plus, I really get and like the idea of throwing it at enemies. It's like a chi ball for combat.

You can certianly feel the difference, to me it feels like severe hate/ and just depressing energy
