Ah yes. i like this one. psychomentary is the abillity to tell a person(entity)s name, weather its good evil or neutral. me personally this is a new found ability  along with empathy but i was born with it  the way to do this is if your familiar with energy sensing the spirits would be nothing but a breeze literally. if not i would suggest using the "friction" method inorder to get to now how energy feels it may vary from person to person  for me i feel a very cool spot form over my hand and it feels like a breeze.  if you know all of that just skip to this part Scanning: your in a room searching for spirits you hold out your hand palm out close your eyes and move your arm side to side slowly feeling for different energy levels in your palm radius this is where you should feel the cool air as i mentioned above. now you close your eyes and youll see the spirit standing there if your 3rd eye is open if not then you will subconciously know " this spirit is evil and his presence is strong or whatever
most advanced users can get readings as detailed as a persons hight his name age Etc. all the clair. abilities go very well with this one

I do most ESP abilities even when I don't know about them, in random situations. But yes I know about psychomentry and I think ESP is more useful then psychokinesis. They're both good but that's my opinion

ESP abilities are very useful. you can have a danger sense a spidey sense XD for real though having a sixth sense is one of the best things because everyone has an esp but not everyone embraces it and continues study and practice of the ability.
