We might have heard(or even experience) these really intense moments when you feel some sort of supernatural expanding of consciousness. Most of these mystical experiences are related to psychology. It mainly happens during the release of DMT molecules. DMT is a substance produced by the pineal gland which can be found in some plants and psychedelic hallucinogenic drugs such as ayahausca. We experience little fast moments of this substance. Cause too much of this substance is not healthy. It can lead to permanent mental disabilities. This is why I'd step away from the drugs. But DMT isn't all bad. It is the source of many mystical experiences through history such as visions, enlightenment ect.

The mystery in these are what triggers them at certain weird moments/places.
