Well the clock was 4 am at morning and i was still up and i just wanted to play with a straw on a bottle, i concentrated on it and tried to move it suddenly i started to feel my hands warm and my hole body warm and i got that kind of freezing feeling at my back through my body and i acutally made it move and everything suddenly after that i got cold as fuck and i was done and i got to bed and layed down and closed my eyes, suddenly i got a headache and the headache disappeared after some minutes? anyone know what this means?

i have never had that experience before!

Personally i've always considered the tingling and warmth to be energy moving, and the headaches to be the result of focus.

But how can i get the headache because of the focusing?

Please anybody reply back if you know something about this

Because you're focusing hard. It's pretty natural to get a headache for that.
