Ok...so after my surgery im actually feeling quite weak and i have a lot of work as in studies and managing my family. So can i use any meditation technique to boost my focus and stamina?

I had a leproscopy to see whether my follicles are blocked. As it turned out they were. The doctor cleanrd as much as she could but they are still a little blocked. She is hopeful that with tge medicines one of the two follicles will be cleaned.

I hope you recover well and feel better than before! The best thing I can recommend is visualize sending white blood cells to the affected area. That's what I do. And obviously do whatever the doctor told you. He's a professional.
