Moving up a Psychic level!

I've done a fair amount of practice on psi-wheel. I haven't done much on tin foil one but I can move it. Since I don't have a glass bowl to cover it over and to try to do it without using hands - are there any other suggestions?

I've tried knocking a paper over, it sits still, sadly.

Lastly, something weird is happening to me. I want to film myself doing the psi-wheel for you gentlemen and ladies however it will not move when I film it. I think it's the lack of total concentrate. Any ideas?!

Heel goed my friend! I still suck a little at psi-wheels because I haven't practiced psi-wheels in a long while. Here's my progress from the beginning till now:

Energy pushing the objects to the directions I want. How I visualize energy is like strings. Strings pushing the aura/energy-field of an object. What energy looks like is dots, pixels. But auras are different.

I get you. I had my first aura sight today. It was a deep blue colour. I'm impressed I've seen my own aura. For the first time, other than seeing on my psi-wheel (energies).
