Yah, I kno wat 2 do w/ TK exactly, I just have never really got the time 2 practice, which makes it harder if u don't practice enough. I get it. It'z just school, a lil' housework, after-school activities on Mons & sometimes Weds., & distractions-- such as noise-- r ALWAYS around me. I hate it.   If maybe u guyz can help me out a lil', that'll be great! & hopefully, I'm not talking 2 myself.

I thought myself to ignore them. It's many of us who has this trouble. Of course meditation was my solution.

Now, I'm in high school, my schedule's even worse. On Fridays, I have swim team meets from 20h to 21h. Tuesdays, I hav the Computer Club. I 4got when Literary Magazine & Robotics Club start, & so many tests to study after. NOW, how am I gonna make room for TK?!
