Spectrophillia is the phenomenon of a spirit actually having some sort of sexual relationship with the living. Surprisingly there has been actual cases of this phenomenon for centuries. From incubus/succubus, popobawa, angels, human spirits and more. The case investigated by paranormal investigators that is most known is the case of Doris Bither.
She reported of being haunted by a spirit that was constantly showing itself either as apparitions or poltergeist activity. This was a picture of the case and a very interesting spirit photo along side the grey lady one.
Later they made a book and a movie on this story called The Entity.
