I guess as long as you don't pay attention or consider them too much, they won't. It's all about having a straight mindset, and not picking up on any parasite ideas or concepts that'll only distract, so confuse your aim. Also, I doubt tech waves can affect all natural waves, but like who knows lol.

Some people think that psychic power comes from a strong metabolism so I guess eating well and enough calories and being sure to having a strong thyroid and a lot of CO2 in the body (pranayama, Buteyko) might help. I'm a newbie at TK though.
