Any form of psychokinesis or psychic ability is to understand your human nature better(self-mastery). How it help depends on you. I personally think forms of energy healing(reiki, acupuncture, pranic healing and other forms of psychic healing) are the best way to help people using energy. Although you're more of a channeler(often the energy doesn't come exactly from you. It flows through you to the client. Think of you being the tap for water to flow through).
