Very weird and coincidental things happening

Subject: Very weird and coincidental things happening Sun Nov 17, 2013 6:27 am

So sometimes at night I have these weird kicking sensations on my legs which force them to move, and when I fall asleep, I have dreams about being able to fly. I don't think I levitate in my sleep based on how young I am, and I will admit, I am pretty young for this to happen. So anyways, has this happened to anyone else? If so, what was the cause of the kicking?

Oh yeah, I get that. Like in a dream I might slip the tiniest distance, and my body jolts. Once I had this happen to me three times in a row. It only ever happens when I'm near sleep, but not quite sleeping.

Yeah i get the same feeling of legs sometimes too. Usually in the dreams, when all goes normal then all of a sudden somehow i'm going down like to a hole or something. Usually when something is suddenly, especially when it comes to going down/falling
but it seems i'm not getting it anymore in the last weeks Sad

If your legs are restless before sleep, but while laying down, typically that is a sign of a circulation problem in them. You might have RLS. Restless Leg Syndrome. It's actually a medical condition. But I'm sure with a proper diet and exercise, it may help. ^_^

my experience is, that feelings are deeply enchored everywhere in your body. now there are two options:
-old feelings dissolve while your sleeping, or
-your body tells you, that there are some outstanding things in your life that have to be solved.

yeah mark one question, why was the camera even there anyway? Were you lucid dreaming/attempting to levitate in your sleep on purpose?

my wife was away and we'd be webcamming each other.

haha i think its your subconcious mark. its happens to me just the other day, after all my attempt on your tk lesson somehow my wife said i sort of wake up in a middle of the night and performing a tk (while she was playing game). i wasnt even Awake. the next day i was able to do tk at ease. im guessing its a subconcious training.. or something else..i might be wrong
