I would start with aerokinesis, i think that is my natural element but it seems easy to me.

If not psychokinetic abilities, it is the best to start with astral projection. Mastering astral projection is a great step to sharpen your intuitive senses and abilities.

I just finished watching that video and I have to say that I belive now. So which is the easiest one for me to try. Because I'm a beginner.

I agree. Do some religious praying and/or do some psychic protection before you attempt astral projecting or channeling. Psychic protection, how to do it? You can visualize making a white bubble around your body and visualize it getting protective and hard. Or you can also point out your finger and do like your drawing an imaginary line of protection.

the "white light" is a protective bubble that when astral projecting keeps demons and harmful spirits out of your body while your away
