Hey all,
I am having a question to a specific visualization which does not quite work well yet as I am not sure what I should visualize. I heard a lot of times already that I should try to visualize the object losing weight! It makes sense when the mind thinks a car weights like a feather that it would be easier to move it! But what is the exact way to accomplish this?
Someone who has experience with this visualization, could you please give me the following information?
1. how do you start concentrating on the object? Do you do something specific before you even start focussing?
2. When you start, do you visualize right away or do you just inspect and focus on the object for a while?
3. When you start visualizing how do you make an object losing weight? What is the thought process?
I would appreciate any info on this!
